Referral Process

Referrals are made to Blue River Supported Housing through social services, probation services, foster and other agencies. Each young person has an allocated support worker. Our support workers work closely with social workers, college tutors, solicitors and other professionals.

In order to provide a service of the highest quality Blue River will require information regarding any previous assessments undertaken. A Pathway Plan will be completed for all successful applicants and this will provide clarity for all parties about the young persons needs and the outcomes expected from the referral.

Please refer to our Referral Process document for further information.
